Bobby is a competitive climber from Longwood (Orlando,) Florida. He learned to climb before he could walk growing up on Air Force bases in Germany, Guam and Okinawa.  He fell in love with rock climbing at the age of 8 when he realized he could climb things without getting into trouble, and hasn’t looked back. Bobby has won multiple Regional and Divisional championships in both bouldering and sport climbing, and earned his first National Championship for sport in 2016. In 2017 he competed in his first Adult Sport Open competition and came in 6^th place earning him a spot on the Adult US Team.  Most recently he earned a spot on the Youth US Team for both bouldering and sport climbing.  Bobby is proudly looking forward to representing the US at the Adult World Cup series in Arco, Italy, as well as the World Youth Championship in Innsbruck, Austria and the PanAmerican Championship in Montreal, Canada.

Bobby has been training hard with the help of his incredible coach Eugene Hoberg, and hopes to make him, his family, friends and country proud.  He is raising funds to help offset travel and accomodation costs as well as travel for training.
